Hi guys today I'm going to show you that how to lose weight fast and permanently. It is very easy but you have to do what I say. Exercise at least 30 to 60 minutes in our day. Don't skip breakfast and eat fruits and vegetables with every meal. Eat small meals often and don't skip meals. Keep a food journal with you always and weigh yourself daily.

Remove all unhealthy snacks from the home and store only healthy foods and snacks at the home. Schedule physical activities with friends often and eat at home. Don't use serving bowls and fill up on healthy foods before dessert. Make active that for everyday tasks.

Don't eat while watching TV. Drink plenty of water and eat whole grains as much as you can. Eat sitting down at a table and from a plate. Serve individual plates and leave extras at the stove. Eat slowly and chew every bite well and savor the taste. Don't drink water after finishing the meal.
