Ingredients
½ KG chicken pieces (boneless)
1-teaspoon cornflour
1 onion (chopped)
2 teaspoons each ginger, garlic (chopped)
2 capsicums (cubed)
1 jalapeno (finely cut)
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper (crushed)
1 zucchini (cubed)
½ teaspoon red chillies (crushed)
1-tablespoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon oil
3-tablespoon oil
Sauce Ingredients
½ Teaspoon cornflour (made into paste with water)
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons fish sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
Method To Make It
Marinate chicken with cornflour, 1-teaspoon pepper and 1-tablespoon oil. Heat remaining oil in a pot and then fry onion, garlic and ginger. Add red chillies, paprika, remaining pepper, zucchini and salt and then cook for a few minutes. Add capsicum and chicken. Mix all sauce ingredients with a little water in a bowl and add to pot. Add jalapenos and bring to boil and dish out.
