Since everybody knows that milk is very energetic and healthy drink for human. Human beings used to drink it from centuries. Now I'm going to tell you that what are its benefits for us.

There is protein in it, which helps build and repair body tissues like muscles and bones. There is also calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B6, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin D, vitamin B12, zinc and phosphorus etc. milk helps the body energy use build body tissue.

Calcium helps develop and maintain bones and teeth and there is a good quantity of calcium in milk. There is also vitamin A in it, which helps keep eyes and skin healthy. Milk helps in growth and development. It helps the body absorb and use calcium. It also helps the body make red blood cells. So my suggestion is that drink at least one glass of milk before breakfast and before sleeping.
