Lassi is a chilled sweet yogurt drink.It is a traditional drink of Pakistan but specially of the Punjab. It is rich in nutrients and there are many health benefits if you include this delicious drink in your diet. It can help to bring sound sleep revitalizing all the body systems.
Ingredients need to prepare Lassi
Yogurt – 2 cups
Chilled milk – ¼ cup
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Put yogurt in a large mixing bowl.Add chilled milk and sugar.
Using a wired whisk churn it thoroughly for at least 5 minutes till the sugar dissolves
Churn it again to create frothy layer.
You will see that foam has formed on the top of lassi.
Now pour drink in glasses .
