This is the day to share your heart and your love with those close to you. Good morning everyone.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday. It was very cold this morning. The temperature was 39 degrees here in beautiful Tampa, Florida.

It's cold, but sunny. That makes all the difference. Right now I am drinking my second cup of coffee and waiting for my yellow cake to be ready.

I always bake it for about 10 or 15 minutes longer than required because I like it on the crunchy side.

The timer bell just rang, so I will end this now and take out the cake.
