Today I want to talk about a delicious and nutritious fruit. I am talking about banana.
It is matchless in its taste. It contains water, sugar, starch, minerals and vitamins.
It is a best diet for persons suffering from weakness. Eating bananas on daily basis will eliminate all the weakness and will improve over all health of a person.
Athletes do love this great fruit as it enhances their abilities to run at a very fast speed.
I would like to recommend eating 5 to 6 bananas on daily basis. Eat bananas and forget weakness.
