Experience and age are corelated

A kid’s overall experience may not be equal to that of an adult’s.

I would like to give some examples:

A kid should not expect to get the experience of an adult as it is totally impossible during his childhood.It would be a better idea for that kid to wait until he reaches the age of his adulthood.

A newbie and junior doctor cannot compete a senior doctor in the field.

Similarly a student cannot be equal to his teacher in anyway.
