It would not be a better idea to eat water-melon before meals. Some people ignore this precaution and cause severe damage to their health. I am not in favour of eating water-melons after our meals.
So, what must be done in this regard? What is the better idea?
In my opinion one should eat water-melon in the times between one’s meals. Eating water melons some two or three hours after one’s meal is the best time.
We must inform our kids about it to safe guard their health.

I have read in many reputable health sites that fruits should always be eaten on empty stomach and not after a big, heavy meal otherwise nutrients and fibres do not get absorbed properly.
