You hit the wall with something in your hand and don’t utter even a single word.
What message others will get by this action of yours?
Obviously they will know that you are angry and you have shown your anger by hitting something against the wall. It means that a single action has done its work and you don’t need to deliver a lecture that you are in a bad mood.
Sometimes a single action does render the services of a thousand words.
Sometimes actions work better as compared to words and some specific situations are there when circumstances demand a single action rather than a thousand words.

When angry it is best not to say anything because angry words can be hurtful. Similarly if we want to show love, respect and gratitude to others, words are not enough if not followed by good actions.
