MULTAN 1 died, 7 were injured on Wednesday in Multan as a swing was broken in Jinnah Park, reported

Rescue teams reached the spot soon and took the injured people to the Nishtar Hospital for treatment. Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif took notice and asked administration to submit the report of the incident.

He also instructed the hospital administration to give special treatment to the children. He ordered that investigation should be done as soon as possible and action should be taken against those who are guilty.

As a result, 2, including the contractor were arrested by police. An eye witnessed told that operator did not fasten the seat belts properly after having an argument with a person. Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA) had issued the certificate about the swings.
