People hate problem solving. They think this activity is such a waste in time and too complicated for someone to be bothered. When confronted with problems, they instantly shun and disregard the idea of solving those.

Problem solving is an opportunity for growth in various aspects of our lives. Through problem solving, we help ourselves gain experience in critical thinking and confidence on dealing with difficulties. When we solve a problem, we use our mental faculties to find a solution; this itself is a way to increase our mental performance. It also helps boost emotional strengths through developing calmness and focus while figuring out the solutions.
