I started doing exercise when I was in 8th grade. I got a bench, weight and dumbles for this purpose. I started to use less weight at the start as I was not strong enough to lift it.
My policy was to gradually increase the weight as I never wanted to damage my backbone by lifting heavy weights.
I observed positive results in just some weeks. My digestive system got improved and I was feeling fresh due to this. After a month or two, I was able enough to reach 4th floor by stairs while carrying two bags (each of 20 kg) in my hands.
It was a wonderful activity for me but some circumstances forced me to quit and now I want to start exercising once again.
