As we all know that we have mostly transformed and shifted to western lifestyle and also adopted the same food habits, by this transformation we have gained lot of weight to our body.
Eating more than need and working less than required is the main factor in increasing our weight, by this increase we are more prone to heart diseases, diabetes, renal failure and increased body cholestol.
From above all reasons the main reason of sudden deaths is heart failure and less knowledge to give first aid to the failing heart.
Today here i will tell you one by one step about first aid of failing heart, that is CPR,
first of all keep few things in mind, 1 is you ans 2 is patient.
1 thing is yours that is HANDS, 1 thing is patients' that is his CHEST, 1 thing is both of you is MOUTH.
Your HANDS should be on the CHEST of patient and by keeping your ELBOW straight start pushing your HANDS against the CHEST of patient, atleast push 30 times and then place your MOUTH and give 2 breaths to patient, this cycle should be continued for min of 30 minutes.

For simple remebering this CPR keep one formula in your mind, that is 1-1-1(30/2)/30,
1 is your HANDS
1 is patients CHEST
1 both of your is MOUTH
30 is CHEST pushups
2 is Mouth Breaths
30 is TIME for tha CYCLE

One must get proper training before doing so otherwise it may cause severe mess.

Dear MK yes you are right that one must get training for this, but as you must have heard in general that little danger is better than to get indulge in a great danger, so following that thing in mind i must suggest that atleast life prevention is better
