Plenty of body builders speak about lift to Failure and I have always thought that I'd hit that each and every time I have lifted. Not Even Close!!! We made another trip to the weight room tonight and I must say, I haven't had a workout that hard in plenty of years. I definitely knocked to cob webs down with that! They also did wide grip bench for chest workouts and on bench I got down to doing the bar thrice before I could no longer. The "skull crusher" however I'd go down slow then could not lift back up. My weight lifter experienced partner exclaimed that the workout was complete when he pulled the weight out of my hands and I could not even extend my own hands... I am absolutely completed right now. They worked Chest and Triceps tonight and they tend to go to "skull crushers" for triceps. A "skull crusher" is when you lie on your back get the weight hold it over your face, while keeping your elbows tucked in to your chest you slowly drop the weight down to your face then push it back up. works the hell out of the triceps! My favourite scents are the kid ones. I am liking to go for the Johnson's and other calm smells. They also make my skin feel smooth like a kids and the thing is, it is hard to find definite brands at my local supermarket. As they only order the same stuff over and over again.
